Before sampling or production, we confirm the product specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, hardware, packaging and order quantity.
Our technical team also evaluates the structure, manufacturing process, cost and production feasibility.
Where required, a sample is prepared for evaluation.
The customer can review the product dimensions, structure, colour, finish, basin, hardware, functionality and overall appearance before mass production.
Once the sample and technical details are approved, the order enters mass production.
Our production and quality control teams follow the confirmed specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
Finished products are inspected before packing and shipment.
Packaging can be adapted according to the product structure, customer branding, distribution channel and transportation requirements.
For established customers and qualified projects, JADE can also evaluate exclusive modifications, special structures or jointly developed collections.
The feasibility, development cost and minimum order quantity depend on the design, materials, tooling and production requirements.
For standard products, the general MOQ is 20 sets per model and per size.
For products requiring new moulds, special structures or non-standard customization, the general MOQ is 50 sets.
